More heat waves and wildfires in Cali :(

http://www.startribune.com/business/218795731.html

Climate change here is affecting us for the worse because the coast has more acidic water caused by  carbon dioxide, methane and other heat-trapping gases that are in the air and are being absorbed by the ocean.

  1. What if the whole coast becomes acidic? That would be a other large problem California would be facing. They have many problems already like the drought problems we are facing. We need to do anything we can to make the coast not become all acidic.

  2. I agree with you. This is a huge problem in California and most places around the world. Climate change has been affecting everyone and everything in a very bad way. It is affecting the Ocean, and even killing off some species such as Chinook Salmon. Also when it gets warmer it will cause wild fires! The climate change has affected many things and are and will cause many natural disasters. I was wondering around when the climate change had the biggest effect on the water or other species?

  3. One thing I wonder about is that this gigantic problem have existed for years, why are the people only acting now. Also something interesting, California is experiencing a drought, so water that is left in California is supposedly, precious?

I agree that this is a problem, what I don't understand is because this such a problem shouldn't the government get more involved in trying to fix this problem. Either by making a law or having specialist come in.
