Water for Oil with no Water to Waste

Big Oil wants all the water they can get for fracking. Fracking basically takes water and puts it through a process to make it into oil.  With California extreme low on water with cut backs on water being reduced as time goes on.  We need to learn how to save more water and use less oil.
