Global Warming Causes Drought?

http://ca.water.usgs.gov/data/drought/drought-water-decisions.html -explains drough

http://www.usatoday.com/story/weather/2015/03/02/california-drought-climate-change-global-warming/24262559/ - shows connection between drought and global warming

Studies show that 98% of California is in a drought, and 2014 was California's third driest year out 119 years, and it doesn't look like it will be cooling down. The main reason we are in this drought is because of the harsh effects of global warming. If we can find ways to slow down the process, like walking instead of driving to school, maybe we won't need to monitor the amount of water we use per day, and California can be healthy once again.

  1. It is interesting to see how much global warming causes the drought in California. I wonder what would happen to California if there is no water left? Are the people going to move out of California to another state???

  3. I found it's interesting that California is now enduring a drought, which is entering its fourth year. I wonder that how did California run out of water?

  5. Global warming causes drought in California, however, it causes huge amount of snowfall in Massachusetts because the warm weather makes lots of water to evaporate in to water vapor (check my post to see for details)!! Since both of the states are near the ocean, I really wonder what makes this deference.
