This article talks about California's drought. The Governer, Jerry Brown, announced that he is making restrictions on water so everyone can only use a certain amount. He is hoping these restrictions will limit the water use by 25%. Because all of the people are using so much water for basic things like washing clothes, doing dishes, and taking a shower, these restrictions are really needed. California is slowly running out of water.
This is so sad. I wish there was an easy fix to this
ReplyDeleteOne of the ways mentioned in the article is having decorative grass removed and also making golf courses cut down on water use. I think this would be an excellent way to conserve water and hopefully this will happen soon.
